Why don't you two learn how to cut glass..you could have some pretty neat vases if you could or give them away...and that beautiful candle stick could be cut and put on another base..

I came across your videos, while looking at fishing videos of Aberystwyth, and spent half a day watching you both. My late dad would of loved this because I still have some of his bottles that he found while farming. I sold one a few years ago for £70. Are you doing anymore metal detecting soon x

Yes, I remember the War Memorial in the Park in the late 60s.

I have lived in so many places, but Drummau has always been in my bedroom window, from Clydach to Trebanos to kimla to Briton Ferry to Skewen where I live now. The history of Neath fills me with a fighting energy.....the Roman ruins don't seem very Roman, most Roman things don't, but Neath especially. All I see is a destroyed place of unique natural diversity and extreme beauty, once regarded as the prettiest place in the world prior to the industrial revolution. It wasn't that long ago they figured out what plants could grow in our toxic black soil and now were lucky enough to be surrounded by rotting diseased forests.....now fracking, gassification and green energy wants to destroy what is left.....beyond the mountain top I have found no where not filled with slag and mine waste, no water without acid mine waste, no forest not filled with coal and slag glass. I also see no evidence that the people in this area were paid well or compensated, the houses round here still suck :)

We love a good bottle lark and this was a good bottle lark😊and lots of fun. We love the Maidstone Eiffel Tower bottles as well and they are always a joy to find. Those monster nettles are everywhere here in Kent so it keeps us on our guard but Julie still got done recently. All the very best 😊👍⭐️ Mark and Julie Romney Marsh

Enjoy every one of your videos the dump ones are really exciting, would love a box especially if you have a OK Sauce bottle as I live half a mile from where the London factory was in Merton rd Southfields. Always remember the smell when visiting my nan. Looking forward to Saturday's video 👍

There's luvly. When I lived in Ponty in the 1970's, the river was a filthy grey. The last time I visited, in 2014, the river ran clear and there were trout rising.

Never a dull moment in skylarking! Trekking precariously through the jungle of undergrowth being one of them. And unexpected gifts, another. Then calamity with the camera, but well done for just getting on with it on your phone Caroline. Hope you can sort it with not too much expense and trouble. A smashing (pardon the unintended pun) bottles today, but I've got to confess that what took my breath away today was coming across those lovely poppy heads and the beautiful poppy.
